Dr. Resh grew up in Los Alamitos, CA. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated cum laude and was admitted to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He attended medical school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He performed his residency in internal medicine and completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of California, Irvine. He finished his training in cardiac electrophysiology with a one-year fellowship at Indiana University-Krannert Institute of Cardiology in Indianapolis, IN with the renowned Dr. Douglas Zipes. Dr. Resh is board certified in cardiovascular disease, cardiac electrophysiology, and internal medicine. He has served as Nevada Heart and Vascular Center’s president and managing partner since its founding in 1998.
