Please call our scheduling department at 702-227-3422 to request the first available appointment, or use the easy appointment link provided here. We will work diligently to get you in as soon as possible.

If you feel you are having a medical emergency, please proceed to the nearest emergency room or call 9-1-1.

We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows us to best schedule and serve other patients. Please note: For the convenience of all our patients and staff, our cancelation policy is strictly enforced.*

*We encourage you to check with our scheduling department for a copy of our “No-Show” fee schedule. This fee is the patient’s responsibility and is not billable to insurance.

You may cancel or reschedule your testing or imaging appointment 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less then 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to bill you for each no-show or late cancellation.*

Prescription refills typically take up to 72 hours during regular business days. You may also request a refill at the time of your next appointment. We can provide e-scripts to your pharmacy or handwritten prescriptions you can take to the pharmacy of your choice.

We are happy to help you with disability forms. Note that these documents typically take from 10 to 14 business days to complete.
