How soon can I get an appointment?

Please call our scheduling department at 702-227-3422 to request our first available appointment. We will work diligently to get you in as soon as possible.
Should you feel you are having a medical emergency please proceed to the nearest Emergency room or call 9-1-1.

What are your appointment policies?

For the convenience of all of our patients and staff, we require 24 hours’ notice whenever you need to cancel an appointment. Getting cancellation information in advance allows us to schedule and serve other patients.

Please note that we fully enforce our cancelation policy. We encourage you to check with our scheduling department for a copy of our “No-Show” fee schedule. This fee is the patient’s responsibility and is not billable to insurance.

What is your cancelation policy for testing and the imaging center?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less then 24 hours notice, we reserves the right to bill you for each no-show or late cancellation. Please check with our scheduling department for a copy of our “No-Show” fee schedule. This fee is the patient’s responsibility and is not billable to insurance.

How can I get my prescription refilled?

Please call our prescription line 702-227-3422 and select # 2-3-3. Prescription refills typically take up to 72 hours during regular business days. You may also request a refill at time of your next appointment. We use both e-scripted to the pharmacy or had written prescriptions.

How long will it take for your office to fill out disability, FMLA, or other paperwork?

While we are happy to help you with disability forms, these documents typically take from 10 to 14 business days complete. Please call Veronica for more details at 702-227-3422 select # 1-3-9.
